The five-story 178,174 square foot building fronting Wilshire Boulevard (the “Wilshire Building”) houses luxury retailers Burberry, Niketown and St. John Knits, plus prestigious office tenants including Merrill Lynch and United Talent Agency. The three-story 83,758 square foot building situated along Rodeo Drive (the “Rodeo Building”) is primarily occupied by UBS Financial Services. The parking structure is located in the 131 Rodeo Building, which contains a four-level subterranean garage with valet parking offered to all visitors.
